The General Manager has more than 25 years in the management of engineering, operations, design and planning of water and wastewater infrastructure – including water treatment, distribution and wastewater collection and reclamation facilities. He began working for the District in 2009, and prior to that worked as a consultant, managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Washington and Lee University, a Master of Science in civil engineering from University of Illinois, and a Master of Business Administration from Cal.
