Don McDougal, Vice President and Director of Subdistrict No. 4
Current term expires December, 2024. Don is the President/CEO of the Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens, his family’s business. A graduate of Fallbrook High, he has more than 40 years in the private business sector. After being away from Fallbrook for 28 years, he moved back to take over operation of the Grand Tradition in 1996. He has been active in many Fallbrook community nonprofit organizations and has served on the FPUD board since 2004. He has a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic University in Agricultural Business Management. He joined the board in December 2004 and can be contacted at dmcdougal@fpud.com.
